You call upon the swamp itself to entrap your enemies. Grasping vines and mud rise from the ground, holding creatures within range in place. The must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be restrained for the duration of the spell. While restrained, they begin to feel the weight of time pressing on them, taking psychic damage each turn that they are restrained.
Restrained creatures can make a Strength saving throw at the start of their turn each round to attempt to break free of the vines.
You rewind time briefly, allowing one creature to reattempt a failed action. The target can repeat one attack roll, ability check, or saving throw if failed within the last minute. The creature must use the new result, whether higher or lower.
Higher Levels: If you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot the number of creatures affected increases. 7th level- 2 creatures. 9th level- 3 creatures.
Within range you create a 30-foot radius of thick, slow-moving swamp water that distorts time itself. Creatures of your choice in the area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or become slowed for 1 minute.
A slowed target's speed is halved, it takes a -2 penalty to AC and Dexterity saving throws, and it can't use reactions. On it's turn it can use either an action or a bonus action, not both.
Allies moving through the bog gain an extra 10 feet of movement during their turn.
You can step through the echoes of the past. Using this spell you can teleport up to 30 feet to a location you or another creature has occupied within the last round. This can allow you to move away from an enemy's range without provoking an opportunity attack.
