• Grab. The rope lashes out at an object within its
length and grabs one Small or smaller object that
is not being worn by a creature, pulling it back to
your hand. If the object is being carried by a
creature, the creature can make a Strength saving
throw. On a success, the object is not pulled.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a
spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target a chain instead of a rope. It has the same available actions, but it has a DC 15, an AC of 15, and resistance to slashing damage when taking the Bind action.
When cast with a spell slot of 3rd level or higher
targeting a rope, that rope is magically imbued for 1
minute, gaining an DC of 15, an AC 20, and 20 hit
points.
he target assumes the hit points of its new form. When it reverts to its normal form, the creature returns to the number of hit points it had before it transformed. If it reverts as a result of dropping to 0 hit points, any excess damage carries over to its normal form. As long as the excess damage doesn’t reduce the creature’s normal form to 0 hit points, it isn’t knocked unconscious.
The creature is limited in the actions it can perform by the nature of its new form, and it can’t speak, cast spells, or take any other action that requires hands or speech.
The target’s gear melds into the new form. The creature can’t activate, use, wield, or otherwise benefit from any of its equipment. This spell can’t affect a target that has 0 hit points.
A wave of healing energy washes out from a point of your choice within range. Choose up to six creatures in a 30-foot-radius sphere centered on that point. Each target regains hit points equal to 3d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the healing increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 5th.
) You flourish the weapon used in the casting and then vanish to strike like the wind. Choose up to three creatures you can see within range. Make a melee weapon attack against each target. On a hit, a target takes 3d8 damage of the weapon’s damage type. You can then teleport to an unoccupied space you can see within 5 feet of any of the targets.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a
spell slot of 3rd Level or higher, it deals an additional
1d8 damage to each target on hit for each slot level
above 2nd.
You create a sound or an image of an object within range that lasts for the duration. The illusion also ends if you dismiss it as an action or cast this spell again.
If you create a sound, its volume can range from a whisper to a scream. It can be your voice, someone else’s voice, a lion’s roar, a beating of drums, or any other sound you choose. The sound continues unabated throughout the duration, or you can make discrete sounds at different times before the spell ends.
One creature or loose object of your choice that you can see within range rises vertically, up to 20 feet, and remains suspended there for the duration. The spell can levitate a target that weighs up to 500 pounds. An unwilling creature that succeeds on a Constitution saving throw is unaffected.
The target can move only by pushing or pulling against a fixed object or surface within reach (such as a wall or a ceiling), which allows it to move as if it were climbing. You can change the target’s altitude by up to 20 feet in either direction on your turn. If you are the target, you can move up or down as part of your move. Otherwise, you can use your action to move the target, which must remain within the spell’s range.
When the spell ends, the target floats gently to the ground if it is still aloft.
If you create an image of an object—such as a chair, muddy footprints, or a small chest—it must be no larger than a 5-foot cube. The image can’t create sound, light, smell, or any other sensory effect. Physical interaction with the image reveals it to be an illusion, because things can pass through it.
If a creature uses its action to examine the sound or image, the creature can determine that it is an illusion with a successful Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC. If a creature discerns the illusion for what it is, the illusion becomes faint to the creature.
You magically distract the triggering creature and turn its momentary uncertainty into encouragement for another creature. The triggering creature must reroll the d20 and use the lower roll.
You can then choose a different creature you can see within range (you can choose yourself). The chosen creature has advantage on the next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw it makes within 1 minute. A creature can be empowered by only one use of this spell at a time.
This spell transforms a creature that you can see within range into a new form. An unwilling creature must make a Wisdom saving throw to avoid the effect. A shapechanger automatically succeeds on this saving throw.
The transformation lasts for the duration, or until the target drops to 0 hit points or dies. The new form can be any beast whose challenge rating is equal to or less than the target’s (or the target’s level, if it doesn’t have a challenge rating). The target’s game statistics, including mental ability scores, are replaced by the statistics of the chosen beast. It retains its alignment and personality.
You lighten your own steps with a spell of effortless
quickness. For the duration of the spell, your
movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
When another creature you can see or hear ends its turn, you can move up to 10 feet (no action required). You can move in this way up to 4 times, regaining all uses at the start of your next turn. The first attack against you after each movement is made at disadvantage.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a
spell slot of 5th level or higher, the number of times
you can move at the end of another creature’s turn
increases by 1 for each slot level above 4th.
This spell grants the creature you touch the ability to understand any spoken language it hears. Moreover, when the target speaks, any creature that knows at least one language and can hear the target understands what it says.
A 10-foot-radius immobile dome of force springs into existence around and above you and remains stationary for the duration. The spell ends if you leave its area.
Nine creatures of Medium size or smaller can fit inside the dome with you. The spell fails if its area includes a larger creature or more than nine creatures. Creatures and objects within the dome when you cast this spell can move through it freely. All other creatures and objects are barred from passing through it. Spells and other magical effects can't extend through the dome or be cast through it. The atmosphere inside the space is comfortable and dry, regardless of the weather outside.
Until the spell ends, you can command the interior to become dimly lit or dark. The dome is opaque from the outside, of any color you choose, but it is transparent from the inside.
Choose a willing creature that you can see within range. Until the spell ends, the target’s speed is doubled, it gains a +2 bonus to AC, it has advantage on Dexterity saving throws, and it gains an additional action on each of its turns. That action can be used only to take the Attack (one weapon attack only), Dash, Disengage, Hide, or Use an Object action.
When the spell ends, the target can’t move or take actions until after its next turn, as a wave of lethargy sweeps over it.
You stab at a target with a venomous fang. Make a
melee spell attack against a creature within reach. On a hit, the target takes 4d12 poison damage and must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be
poisoned for 1 minute. At the end of each of its turns, the target can repeat the save, ending the condition on a success. If you miss on the initial attack, you can concentrate (as if concentrating on a spell) to maintain the spell for another attempt on a subsequent turn. You may continue to do so until you either hit with the spell or lose concentration.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a
spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases
by 1d12 for each slot level above 3rd.
) You summon an illusion of a particularly vicious hound that chases a target within range. Only the target can see the hound. On each of its turns for the duration of the spell, if it moves less than 40 feet from where it started their turn, it takes 3d8 psychic damage as it gets mauled by the illusionary hound. At the end of each of its turns, regardless if took damage or not, it makes a Wisdom saving throw. On a success, it discerns the hound is an illusion and the spell ends
Mischievous Surge
d4 Effect
1 The smell of apple pie fills the air, and each creature in the cube must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become charmed by you until the start of your next turn.
2 Bouquets of flowers appear all around, and each creature in the cube must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be blinded until the start of your next turn as the flowers spray water in their faces.
3 Each creature in the cube must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or begin giggling until the start of your next turn. A giggling creature is incapacitated and uses all its movement to move in a random direction.
4 Drops of molasses appear and hover in the cube, turning it into difficult terrain until the start of your next turn.
You fill a 20-foot cube you can see within range with fey and draconic magic. Roll on the Mischievous Surge table to determine the magical effect produced, and roll again at the start of each of your turns until the spell ends. You can move the cube up to 10 feet before you roll.
( A creature you touch becomes invisible until the spell ends. Anything the target is wearing or carrying is invisible as long as it is on the target’s person. The spell ends for a target that attacks or casts a spell.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 2nd.
A duplicate’s AC equals 10 + your Dexterity modifier. If an attack hits a duplicate, the duplicate is destroyed. A duplicate can be destroyed only by an attack that hits it. It ignores all other damage and effects. The spell ends when all three duplicates are destroyed.
A creature is unaffected by this spell if it can’t see, if it relies on senses other than sight, such as blindsight, or if it can perceive illusions as false, as with truesight.
Three illusory duplicates of yourself appear in your space. Until the spell ends, the duplicates move with you and mimic your actions, shifting position so it’s impossible to track which image is real. You can use your action to dismiss the illusory duplicates.
Each time a creature targets you with an attack during the spell’s duration, roll a d20 to determine whether the attack instead targets one of your duplicates.
If you have three duplicates, you must roll a 6 or higher to change the attack’s target to a duplicate. With two duplicates, you must roll an 8 or higher. With one duplicate, you must roll an 11 or higher.
You conjure a dart of pure poison and hurl it at a
creature you can see within range. Make a ranged
spell attack. On a hit, the target takes 3d12 poison
damage and must succeed a Constitution saving
throw or become poisoned until the start of your next
turn.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a
spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases
by 1d12 for each slot level above 2nd.
As an action, you can touch a rope of 10 to 60 feet in
length and issue it a single command, selecting from
the following options.
• Bind. The rope attempts to bind a creature of your
choice within 20 feet of you. The creature must
make a Dexterity saving throw or become
restrained until it is freed. A creature can use its
action to make a DC 10 Strength check, freeing
itself or another creature within its reach on a
success. Dealing 5 slashing damage to the rope
(AC 10) also frees the creature without harming it,
ending the effect and destroying the rope.
• Fasten. The rope flies up 60 feet and ties one end
of itself to an object or surface that a rope could be
tied to, before becoming inanimate again, hanging
from the object.
( which you take when a creature you can see within 60 feet of yourself succeeds on an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw) You magically distract the triggering creature and turn its momentary uncertainty into encouragement for another creature.
You touch a willing creature. For the duration, the target can add 1d8 to its initiative rolls.

reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level
(4d8).
You touch one object that is no larger than 10 feet in any dimension. Until the spell ends, the object sheds bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet. The light can be colored as you like. Completely covering the object with something opaque blocks the light. The spell ends if you cast it again or dismiss it as an action.
If you target an object held or worn by a hostile creature, that creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw to avoid the spell.
(Kibbles Spell) () You create and throw an illusionary dart at a
creature you can see within range. Make a ranged
spell attack. On hit, they take 1d8 psychic damage.
The number of darts you can throw with this spell
increases when you reach 5th level (2 darts), 11th (3
darts), and 17th level (4 darts). You can direct the dart
at the same target or at different ones. Make a
separate attack roll for each dart.
You hurl a mote of fire at a creature or object within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 fire damage. A flammable object hit by this spell ignites if it isn’t being worn or carried.

At Higher Levels. The spell’s damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
A spectral, floating hand appears at a point you choose within range. The hand lasts for the duration or until you dismiss it as an action. The hand vanishes if it is ever more than 30 feet away from you or if you cast this spell again.
You can use your action to control the hand. You can use the hand to manipulate an object, open an unlocked door or container, stow or retrieve an item from an open container, or pour the contents out of a vial. You can move the hand up to 30 feet each time you use it.
The hand can’t attack, activate magical items, or carry more than 10 pounds.

(4d6).
You create one of the following magical effects within range:
You create an instantaneous, harmless sensory effect, such as a shower of sparks, a puff of wind, faint musical notes, or an odd odor.
You instantaneously light or snuff out a candle, a torch, or a small campfire.
You instantaneously clean or soil an object no larger than 1 cubic foot.
You chill, warm, or flavor up to 1 cubic foot of nonliving material for 1 hour.
You make a color, a small mark, or a symbol appear on an object or a surface for 1 hour.
You create a nonmagical trinket or an illusory image that can fit in your hand and that lasts until the end of your next turn.
If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have up to three of its non-instantaneous effects active at a time, and you can dismiss such an effect as an action.
You unleash a string of insults laced with subtle enchantments at a creature you can see within range. If the target can hear you (though it need not understand you), it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d4 psychic damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.
At Higher Levels. This spell’s damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
Choose up to five falling creatures within range. A falling creature’s rate of descent slows to 60 feet per round until the spell ends. If the creature lands before the spell ends, it takes no falling damage and can land on its feet, and the spell ends for that creature.

As you hold your hands with thumbs touching and fingers spread, a thin sheet of flames shoots forth from your outstretched fingertips. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
The fire ignites any flammable objects in the area that aren’t being worn or carried.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
You create a bubble of acid that floats to the target
point before bursting in a shower of acid. Each
creature and object within 5 feet must make a
Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, it takes 3d4 acid
damage, or half as much on a success.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a
spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases
by 2d4 for each slot level above 1st.

You learn whether any spells are affecting the item and what they are. If the item was created by a spell, you learn which spell created it.
If you instead touch a creature throughout the casting, you learn what spells, if any, are currently affecting it.
