As part of your Mephistopheles' bloodline abilities, you know the Mage Hand cantrip
A spectral, floating hand appears at a point you choose within range. The hand lasts for the duration or until you dismiss it as an action. The hand vanishes if it is ever more than 30 feet away from you or if you cast this spell again.,You can use your action to control the hand. You can use the hand to manipulate an object, open an unlocked door or container, stow or retrieve an item from an open container, or pour the contents out of a vial. You can move the hand up to 30 feet each time you use it.,The hand cannot attack, activate magical items, or carry more than 10 pounds.
Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Burning Hands spell once as a 2nd-level spell once per long rest, as part of your Mephistopheles' bloodline abilities, where you use CHA as your spellcasting ability.
As you hold your hands with thumbs touching and fingers spread, a thin sheet of flames shoots forth from your outstretched fingertips. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
The fire ignites any flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
Once you reach 5th level, you can also cast the Flame Blade spell once as a 3rd-level spell once per long rest, as part of your Mephistopheles' bloodline abilities, where you use CHA as your spellcasting ability.
You evoke a fiery blade in your free hand. The blade is similar in size and shape to a scimitar, and it lasts for the duration. If you let go of the blade, it disappears, but you can evoke the blade again as a bonus action.
You can use your action to make a melee spell attack with the fiery blade. On a hit, the target takes 3d6 fire damage*. The flaming blade sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet.
*dm's rule on whether this spell receives a 1d6 bonus or not, being a 3rd level spell by default.,,
