Advantage on
-Strength (Athletics) &
-Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks
-Long and High Jumps increases by 10 feet (this extra distance costs movement as normal).
-Strength becomes +5 (all attacks and damage)
After spell ends:
-Disadvantage on (Athletics) & (Acrobatics),
-speed decrees by 10ft
-strength becomes -3
