Your reflexes and agility allow you to move with a burst of speed. When you move on your turn in combat, you can double your speed until the end of the turn. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you move 0 feet on one of your turns.
Your quick thinking and agility allow you to move and act in a blur. On each of your turns in combat, you can take a bonus action to Dash, Disengage, or Hide — slipping through danger like a shadow.
Your keen eye and steady hand make you a perfect mimic. When you copy writing or craftwork produced by yourself or someone else, you have advantage on any ability checks to create an exact duplicate.
Your supernaturally sharp memory grants you proficiency in two skills of your choice. When making an ability check with a proficient skill, you can grant yourself advantage before rolling. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all uses after a long rest.
You can perfectly mimic sounds you’ve heard, including voices. A creature that hears you can tell the sounds are imitations only with a successful Wisdom (Insight) check against a DC of 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier.
Elves do not sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply for 4 hours a day, entering a state called a trance. While meditating, you dream after a fashion, performing mental exercises that refresh your mind. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefits that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
You can attempt to hide even when only lightly obscured by natural phenomena such as foliage, heavy rain, falling snow, or mist — vanishing into the living world around you.
