(heavy, reach, 2-handed) 1d10 slashing
This item is made from scales and talons shed by a black dragon. It grows slightly warm when within 120 feet of a (black?) dragon.
Bane: This item was created by a metallic dragon. If the culture or creatures are still around, they might recognise the item and single out the bearer.
Guardian. The item whispers warnings to its bearer, granting a +2 item bonus to initiative if the bearer isn’t incapacitated.
Battle Bliss. While wielding this item in battle, the bearer feels fortunate and enraptured in the glory of battle. A slight warping of the air, like a heat haze, surrounds the item’s blade when drawn.
(requires attunement)
This band of iron resembles a skull and is cold to the touch. It has 3 charges and regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. As an action while wearing the ring, you can expend 1 of its charges to cast a modified version of the Fog Cloud spell from it as follows:
You create a 20-foot-radius sphere of fog centered on yourself. The sphere spreads around corners, and its area is heavily obscured. It lasts for the duration or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it.
