(Requires the Moonbow Armlet) You charge the conjured bow of the Moonbow Armlet with arcane energy. The bow will emit a purple glow, and a violet energy arrow crackling with arcane energy appears.
You may shoot two arrows per turn, except for the first, when you activate the spell, in that first case, you may fire only one arrow. In total, you may fire five arrows, using your regular Dexterity-based attack roll, with a +5 modifier.
When it hits, the blast deals 2d10+10 force damage, and half of that damage to every target in a 10 feet radius around the primary target.
You may only activate Sehanine's Moonbow Barrage once every 24 hours.
You create five swirling, purple orbs of arcane fire. Each orb hits a creature of your choice that you can see within range. An orb deals 1d8 + 1 fire damage to its target. The orbs all strike simultaneously, and you can direct them to hit one creature or several.
If a target fails a Constitution check, it is subsequently put on fire for three turns. Every turn, it suffers an additional 1d6+1 fire damage. If a burning target stands 5 feet or less away from another enemy, that enemy too must make a Constitution check and risk being put on fire as well.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you create one additional orb for each slot level above 3rd.
