Once any assigned tasks are completed, the Modron will disappear regardless of whether or not the duration of the spell has ended.
At Higher Levels: You summon twice as many Modrons with a 6th or 7th-level slot. With an 8th or 9th level slot, you summon three times as many.
You summon Modrons from the outer plane of Mechanus. Roll to determine what appears.

The caster may specify the summoned type of Modron with a successful Arcana skill roll (DC 10), otherwise the DM chooses the type. A summoned Modron disappears when it drops to 0 hit points, completes its assigned task(s), or when the spell ends.
The Modrons are neutrally disposed to the caster, but will perform tasks if assigned them. A Modron may be given a number of tasks limited by its type.
