Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 100/400 ft., one target. Hit: (1d10+1) Piercing damage.
Martial Advantage. Once per turn the hobgoblin can deal an extra 10 (3d6) damage to an incapacitated creature it hits with a weapon attack.
Painful Strikes. Once per turn, when the hobgoblin hits a creature with a weapon attack, that creature must make a Constitution saving throw DC 15, or be Incapacitated until the end of its next turn.
