Shell Defense. the Tortle withdraws into its shell. until it emerges, it gains a +4 bonus to AC and has advantage on strength and constitution saving throws. while in its shell, the Tortle is prone, its speed is 0 and cant increase, it has disadvantage Dexterity saving throws, it can't take reactions, and the only action it can take is a bonus action to emerge

you can enter a rage as a bonus action.
While raging, you gain the following benefits if you
aren’t wearing heavy armor:
• You have advantage on Strength checks and Strength
• When you make a melee weapon attack using
Strength, you gain a bonus to the damage roll of +2.
• You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and
the rage lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if the Tortle is
knocked unconscious or if its turn ends and it
hasn't attacked a hostile creature since its last turn
or taken damage since then. It can also end its rage as a bonus action
