Creature can repeat save at the end of each turn, with disadvantage of Izza is within line of sight. On a success, the creature is immune to Izza's Horrific Appearance for 24 hours. Creatures can avert their eyes, unless the appearance reveal is sudden or suprising.

Izza can't use the same Lair Action twice in a row.

--Until Initiative count 20 on the next round, Izza can move through solid objects and the air as if she were moving underwater, using her swim speed.

--Izza targets any number of doors or windows that she can see, causing each one to either open or close as she wishes. Closed doors can be magically locked (DC 20) until she chooses to make them unlocked, or until she uses this lair action to open them.

--Up to four 10-foot cubes of water are filled with ink, becoming heavily obscured for 1 minute. The Oracles of Decrepitude ignore the obscuring effect of the ink.

--Izza chooses a humanoid in her lair and instantly creates a Simulacrum of that creature (half hit points, no equipment) out of seaweed, slime, and other filth. The Simulacrum obeys Izza's commands and acts on its own turn, but is destroyed on Initiative count 20 on the next round.
