Make a ranged spell attack, on a hit the target suffers 2d6 necrotic damage and must make a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, the target becomes restrained. The target can repeat this saving throw at the end of it's turn. As a bonus action on your turn you can deal 2d6 necrotic damage on any creature you have restrained. If a creature breaks out of your chains your concentration is broken and the spell ends.,
